Grief Support Group

Are you experiencing grief due to a death of a loved one?

This professionally facilitated group will focus on the practice of self-compassion and creative ways to mediate and express emotions, beliefs and thoughts associated with the experience of grief and loss.

Are you caregiving for a terminally ill friend or family member or anticipating a loss?
